    Fermanagh's Ghostly Tales

It's October, and lovers of autumn everywhere are sighing with joy at the chill in the air.

October is also a great month for people who find the paranormal fascinating. It's a time when spooky stories and ghostly tales are remembered.

Here at Fermanagh TV we have decided to research into Fermanagh's rich history to uncover the many stories that have been pasted down through generations.

Local historians Fankie Roofe and Catherine Scott will narrate some tales from a 'Dander through the streets,' book that was published nearly 30 years ago.

Be warned though you may never walk the streets of Enniskillen alone again.

    Parking Dispute

These double lines outside Enniskillen Courthouse have been at the center of an on-going dispute between local traders and the Court service in recent weeks.

East Bridge Street is usually lined with cars, as shoppers nip in and out of the town to do their daily errands but with the introduction of the lines this is no longer possible.

    Here Come The Girls

It's been nearly 20 years since Portora Royal School in Enniskillen opened it's doors to young women but in September of this year history was made once again as 14 young ladies joined the boys to embark on two years of study to achieve their A levels.

    ‪Mama's Boys Part 1‬

Mama's boys does not sound like the typical name for a hard rock/ heavy metal group that toured the world tearing up music venues in every major city in the 80's and 90's..

But hailing from rural Fermanagh the name kind of makes sense as Pat, John and Tommy Mc Manus where just three local lads who had dream of playing music to the masses.
