    THE SNOW MUST GO ON

‘The show must go on’ never had a truer meaning that this years Belfast FashionWeek. With a sudden change of climate we all found ourselves in the middle of a winter wonderland scene as BFW opened it's doors on Wednesday night. With a few feet of snow, a power cut and stranded audience members the CMPR team pulled out all the stops to make sure the show was to go ahead.

Amidst the few hours without light I found myself being rather popular not for my personality and great style but for my light lol... Yes in fact my little camera light saved my day as I was still able to film our behind the scenes footage for BFWTV. I do admit it was challenging but it worked. With a combination of close ups and filming interviews twice we managed to get the footage in the bag!! That’s what I love about live events as Ellie Goulding states– Anything Could Happen!!

The fashion gods above however came to the rescue as seconds before the first model stepped onto the catwalk the power came back on and all was not lost as the beautiful trends of spring summer where seen in their full glory.

Hope you enjoy the highlights from the three nights especially those of you who where stranded and couldn't make the shows xxx

Ps. I loved the new venue such a great space for filming lots of light and interesting angles x
